Given that many customers are not very clear about the sampling process of the bag, here to give you a brief explanation, a total of 7 steps are require：
1、Communicate needs:
determine the size of the bag, material, color, structure, logo and printing patterns, etc.It is here that the benefits of customized products lie:
1:The size can be adjusted (can be enlarged or reduced) and the material can be changed.
2:Color can be selected (you can provide picture reference color, it is better to provide Pantone color number, which is more accurate. We will choose the material color card for you) The following picture is the canvas color card.
3:The structure can be adapted - to make small detail changes
4:Add personalized logo/printing pattern (silkscreen, embossing, hardware, rubber stamp and digital printing, etc.)
2、 Master takes 1-2 days to produce paper grids
Master according to the bag's design drawings or physical photographs, using the paper grid as a material, designing the shape of the constituent elements of the handbag, and in the paper grid elements on a variety of markings indicating the handbag method of a job.
3、Ordering materials
Material to be used for the bag (outside and inside, zipper, hardware), arrangement for logo making
4、Cutting material
Cut the material into the cut-outs needed for the bag
5、Mesa Process
Matching zippers, making glue.
6、Sewing
The master will sew the cut-outs of the bag into the full shape of a bag
7、cleaning
Cleaning glue, cutting threads
After these 7 steps, a complete bag sample is made. It's not hard to see, but it takes a lot of time and effort.
